4 years ago I went through a spiritual awakening that hit crisis level. I was exhausted, emotional, overwhelmed and painfully sensitive, and my body was breaking down too. I felt like I'd gone crazy. To make things worse, no one in the healing community could help me. They didn't know how.
I knew I was going to have to help myself, so I dedicated myself to healing a little every day and soon I was secure, stable, confident, and well equipped for the awakening process.
Now I teach others the same valuable skills to help them stabilize their awakening, soothe their emotions, and move forward on the awakening pathway more easily. There is a lot of beauty waiting to be found, but you need to clear the pathway in order to see it.
