What is shadow self?

Our shadow self is the dark side of us that we'd rather not acknowledge, and certainly never tell anyone about. Its all the aspects and experiences of ourselves that we'd deemed bad, dark or unacceptable. Its the parts of us that we've judged and cast out - rejecting our true selves. Its that bad feeling that rises up when you think of something you wish you hadn't done or wish hadn't been done to you.

The truth is that it doesn't matter what we've done, or what has happened to us. All that matters is how compassionately we treat ourselves with love and understanding in spite of it, no matter how ugly or unacceptable we deem it to be.

If you feel like your psyche or mind has been broken, or that your awakening is bringing issues and emotions to the surface that you're struggling to face or deal with, or if you're afraid that there is darkness inside that hasn't been found, acknowledged or dealt with yet, this healing session is specifically created for you.

Acknowledging and accepting our darkness is a vital part of the awakening process. Without fully accepting all aspects of ourselves and our lives we remain polarized, split in two halves of good and bad, rejecting and suppressing all that we deem is bad within us - perhaps even to levels of denial, blind spots and other coping mechanisms.

Its time to be released from those subconscious patterns. Its time to know all of who you are, because once you illuminate and accept these so called dark parts they too then become light, simply from your accepting of them.

You become free from the pain of judgement and rejection, and you become complete within yourself. The two polarities of good and bad, light and dark become merged, and in essence you bridge both heaven and earth.

Only once you are a clear channel and a balanced wholeness will you be ready to complete this part of your awakening journey, step into your power and fulfill your life purpose.

Without this conscious acceptance and release of judgments against ourselves the darkness remains hidden. Subconscious programming continues to fire as a result of fear, trauma or pain and it keeps you stuck in a loop of negative patterns and experiences in your life. 4 years ago I went through a spiritual awakening that hit crisis level. I was exhausted, emotional, overwhelmed and painfully sensitive and my body was breaking down too. I felt like I'd gone crazy. To make things worse, no one in the healing community could help me. They didn't know how.
