4 years ago I went through a spiritual awakening that hit crisis level. I was exhausted, emotional, overwhelmed and painfully sensitive and my body was breaking down too. I felt like I'd gone crazy. To make things worse, no one in the healing community could help me. They didn't know how.
I knew I was going to have to help myself, so I dedicated myself to healing, a little everyday and soon I was secure, stable, confident and well equipped for the awakening process.
Now I teach others the same valuable skills to help them to stabilize their awakening, soothe their emotions and move forward on the awakening pathway much more easily. There is a lot of beauty waiting to be found, but you need to clear the pathway in order to see it.

How long do I have access to the healing session?
How does lifetime access sound? After purchasing, you have unlimited access to this healing session for as long as you like, across any and all devices you own.
Meditation and energy healing always makes me feel worse. Is this safe?
This energy healing is entirely safe during spiritual awakening. Most meditations or energetic healings are too charging and stimulating during awakening, but this healing is designed to support and honour the awakening process.
How often do I need to do the healing session?
It only takes once to receive the energetic changes, but you may repeat it for deeper healing. Repeat monthly, weekly or even daily, but avoid doing it more than once a day so that you don't become ungrounded.
What is it you are channeling?
I like to refer to this energy as high vibrational energy, but in truth it is an amalgamation of many highly ascended masters who are working with us throughout the awakening process.
How long is the energy healing?
It depends what the Spirit Guides bring through. It’s likely to be around 25 minutes, but schedule 45 minutes to ensure there’s time afterward.
Can I do only this energy healing session, or will I need future ones as well?
If one is all you ever feel drawn to do, that's fine. If future ones are meant for you on a soul level, you'll feel the resonance and draw to the ones you need.
Is this a 1 to 1 therapy session?
No, this is a group energy healing session. It's like a 1 to 1 session except in order to assist everyone, I'll be working with you in a group.
Will this meditation bring me out of the fight or flight response?
Absolutely, and unlike conventional meditation methods, it wont take a long time. This meditation will get you into calm, centred and stable within around 35 minutes.
I couldn't make it to the live healing - will this still work for me?
Of course. The intention includes all who watch live and all who ever will. The Guides include each individual's needs in the healing.
